Colesteatoma de conducto auditivo externo: presentación de tres casos y revisión de la literatura
Resumen
El colesteatoma de conducto auditivo externo es una patologÃa infrecuente. Se caracteriza por un acúmulo de detritus de queratina que erosionan la pared del conducto, principalmente en su porción inferior. El tratamiento puede ser conservador o quirúrgico, dependiendo de la etiologÃa, el estadio, los sÃntomas y las caracterÃsticas clÃnicas. Se presentan tres casos clÃnicos de pacientes diagnosticados de esta entidad. El objetivo de este estudio es describir los hallazgos clÃnico-radiológicos relacionados con el colesteatoma de conducto auditivo externo y su tratamiento.Â
